Who You Work With
Two brokers, no hand-offs. Every NEXUS engagement is worked directly by a principal — the person you hire is the person who answers your calls, runs your negotiation, and closes your deal.

Jason Hagblom
Jason founded NEXUS Commercial Real Estate on a simple premise: owners and tenants get better outcomes when a principal — not a junior team — runs the deal from first call to closing. 1,236 transactions and more than 25.7 million square feet later, that premise has held across the Wasatch Front.
Jason specializes in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of commercial real estate properties and land. As a broker, a business owner and an investment property owner, Jason has an enhanced level of perspective and experience in commercial real estate. This knowledge drives him to go the extra mile in all transactions and always results in very satisfied clients.
Jason began his real estate career almost 20 years ago by working for one of the state’s top property management firms. After rising in the ranks, he moved on to commercial brokerage work and was awarded the prestigious Rookie of the Year award in his first year. For nine years Jason specialized in investment and industrial properties and quickly became one of the firm’s Top Producers. In 2016 he formed NEXUS Commercial Real Estate in order to better serve his clients. Through the aggressive use of technology and social media, Jason has positioned NEXUS to be a modern company that can adapt to and embrace the dynamic changes occurring in the industry.
For over 15 years clients have trusted Jason to guide them through complex commercial real estate transactions. His experience has ranged from deals as small as a 1,000 sq. ft. sublease to the ground-up development of a 15-acre industrial/retail park. He has consulted for national development companies and investment firms and managed entire local portfolios of public REITs. He has been involved in entitlement work, zoning changes, lot subdivisions, HOA formations, bankruptcy/receivership processes, property tax appeals, residential and commercial property management, auctions, and more.
Before starting in commercial real estate, Jason spent 10 years working at Salt Lake Air Cargo, where he learned the ins and outs of local trucking and air freight forwarding operations. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and family trips with his wife, two daughters, and French bulldog.

Brock Denton
Brock covers the northern end of the Wasatch Front — with deep emphasis on Davis and Weber Counties, two of Utah’s fastest-tightening industrial markets. Seven years of tenant, landlord, and land work along the I-15 corridor have built him a network of owners, users, and developers that off-market deals come through.
His practice spans industrial buildings and development land: lease-up assignments, owner/user sales, and site acquisition for growing operators pushing north out of Salt Lake County.
Principal-Led, Every Deal
You work with the broker whose name is on the listing agreement — not an analyst, not a rotating team.
Every recommendation is backed by comps, submarket data, and underwriting — and increasingly by NEXUS deal tools built into this site.
Between two principals, NEXUS works the entire Wasatch Front — Weber County to the Silicon Slopes corridor.
