This policy describes how NEXUS Commercial Real Estate, LLC (“NEXUS,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with nexuscres.com. We keep it short because the site is deliberately simple: it does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising, and does not sell personal information.
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, the List Your Property form, or the Submit Terms tool, the information you enter (such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the message or proposed terms) is delivered directly to our brokers by email. The website itself does not maintain a database of submissions. We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and to market and transact the properties we represent, and we retain correspondence as ordinary business records.
AI tools
Questions you type into our Market Intelligence and Investment Analyzer tools are processed by our AI service provider solely to generate a response. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive, or personal information into these tools that you would not include in an ordinary email inquiry.
Analytics
We measure site usage with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal identifiers. We see aggregate information only — for example, how many people viewed a listing page or downloaded a flyer — and cannot identify individual visitors from it.
Service providers and embedded content
The site is hosted on Vercel, and form submissions are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. Some pages embed third-party content — 360° virtual tours (Kuula) and interactive maps — and those providers receive the technical information any web server receives when your browser loads their content, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not control those providers’ practices.
Your choices
If you would like us to correct or delete information you have submitted through the site, email info@nexuscres.com and we will take care of it.
