Submitting this form creates no brokerage, agency, advisory, or contractual relationship between you and NEXUS, and NEXUS owes you no fiduciary duties, unless separately agreed in writing. You are an unrepresented party, and you are welcome to involve your own broker or attorney at any point. NEXUS will not act as a limited agent for both parties through this form.

Do not share confidential information. Because NEXUS represents the Seller or Landlord, information you submit through this form may be shared with them. Do not include anything you would not want the other party to see — such as your maximum price or your negotiating strategy.
